We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility criteria are not met or where a treatment is deemed clinically inappropriate. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may constitute a criminal offence and could endanger your health.
All prescription treatments are issued only following a clinical review by one of our registered prescribers. A prescription will be issued solely at the prescriber's discretion based on your consultation responses and medical history.
We are unable to fulfil external private prescriptions. Prescriptions issued by our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only. Our clinical team may request additional information or decline to prescribe without being required to provide a detailed reason, in the interests of patient safety.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your card will be charged at the point of order. If your consultation results in a treatment not being approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your treatment within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package, as some items may require a signature.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly at our registered email address. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications under UK pharmaceutical regulations.
Non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days, unopened and in their original packaging, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
